Inspect switches, power & ground
Inspect switches Inspect one end for power against ground. If power not available, trace wires, check the end for issues Inspect the other end for ground. If ground not available, visually inspect wire for corrosion or cuts. Most likely your issue of a ground is located at the end of the wire attached to frame. Inspect switch for continuity using a multi meter.
