Inspect clutch pedal
For testing purposes only While driving, push your clutch pedal up not down and turn on cruise control and engine brake. Inspect if they work while pedal is up. Normal conditions for clutch pedal: 1) No play 2) Clutch pedal will go back all the way to the top If keeping clutch pedal up activated your cruise control & engine brake, replace clutch pedal spring Comment below if this inspection solved your issue
