MID 128 PID 412 EGR Temperature Type of fault: FMI 5 FMI Description: • Current below normal or open circuit Fault Condition: • Short to battery in the metering side of the EGR Sensor circuit • Open in the metering side of the EGR Sensor circuit • Open circuit in the ground line of the EGR Sensor circuit Possible Symptoms: • Engine responds poorly • Engine derate Possible Cause: • Faulty EGR Temperature Sensor connector • Faulty EGR Temperature Sensor harness • Faulty EGR Temperature Sensor
