2015 Cascadia automatic creep mode, reduce throttle

have an issue that one of my vehicles that when ever I put in gear and move I see a red triangle and message pop up in dash saying wheel spins, creep mode, reduce throttle. had to buy new cpc but still have same issue . please advise if u ever had this matter before what is the problem? computer don’t give me any codes to base on

do you have any ABS codes?

I think it’s wheel speed sensor. Check if you have any codes for abs, wheel sensors. Inspect all wheel sensors, make sure they are plugged in, no cuts & sensors are not shifted

did you try to disable creep mode from settings?

it’s fixed thank you for all replies. yes it was abs sensor that accidentally pushed out during rotor replacement.
