2014 Volvo VNL cab air bags always fully inflated, rides bumpy.

my seems to ride very bumpy lately. I checked cab air bags, they are inflated fully. Is this normal or there is an issue?

Inspect leveler, between the two air bags. Disconnect arm go, airbags should deflate, go down and airbags should inflate. You should hear an air leak when airbags deflates. Any issues replace it
