EGR: Slow Response Emission Threshold This OBD monitor evaluates a slowly responding EGR system by comparing two evaluation windows. Within a window, demanded EGR flowrate is evaluated. If a transition occurs within an allowable time, the demanded EGR flow is compared to the actual flow at the target time to determine if the proper flow was achieved. If the flow is not achieved then a DTC is raised.
