2018 Freightliner Cascadia loses power when going uphill
I have a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia with a Detroit DD15 engine. The truck drives normally on flat roads, but when I start going uphill or carrying a heavy load, it loses power and struggles to accelerate. Sometimes the check engine light comes on, but it goes away after restarting the truck. I also noticed that the turbo boost feels lower than usual. There is no unusual smoke, and the engine temperature remains normal. I recently replaced the fuel filters, but the problem is still happening.
