2014 Freightliner cascadia dd15, I replaced air dryer & governor and it still releases air every 30 seconds

could be the following…. the air compressor unloader valve is stuck shut…. or the tiny blue line has a tiny hole in it somewhere… not the air dryer at all

how can you check if unloader is good or bad? before replacing it ?

the blue line goes to the u loader valve on compressor if its stuck shut… the blue line never sees air
