I just replaced my fuel filter 2 weeks ago, and it looks clogged already any idea what could it be

You, my friend , have diesel bug, add biocide to the tank, and expect to replace another couple of sets of filters.

Looks like combustion carbon from injector seals and returns to the tank from fuel return then pickup right back in the filter

I would recommend to clean those fuel tank

the ta charges by the hour to do a tank sweep they have machine there to do it… just clean fuel tanks out
