Volvo D13, I recently replaced my turbo, but it seems I have lost power

question, do you have any fault codes on your dash?

assume your mechanic did tighten up turbo and CAC hoses toward the turbo.

you can check for air leaks around your turbo, turn your truck on, try to feel with your hand if there is an air leak, watch it very hot pipes

why did you replace turbo in the first place? did it leak oil in exhaust?

inspect your boost pressure sensor too, it may be disconnected from the repair.

if you had oil leak, your CAC

if your previous turbo leaked oil, flush your CAC
