Inspect doser valve resistance at DEF controller
Pin 12 and 32 on the DEF controller module is the doser valve connections. Check resistance between the two pins at plug to doser, Not pins on controller module, it should match dose valve resistance of 11-18 ohms the dosing valve. if it does not match, you have wiring issues between doser & module Visually inspect doser valve wiring, inspect doser valve plug, wiring to DEF controller module inspect for cuts, damages, corrosion etc. Replace wiring or fix cuts from doser valve to module. if it matches move to next inspection
